- My selected apps are still shielded
- Open Dopamine Bank and use Emergency Unlock in the Menu. If a shield remains, revoke Dopamine Bank's Screen Time access in iPhone Settings, then reopen the app.
- I skipped Screen Time permission
- You can browse the app, but a focus deposit requires Screen Time permission. Open the Menu and tap Screen Time Permission, or allow it again in iPhone Settings.
- Where is my data stored?
- App selections and Screen Time records stay on your iPhone. They are not sent to our servers. An optional backup exists only if you turn on Record Protection with Sign in with Apple.
- Is this a real bank?
- No. Dopamine Bank is a playful screen-time management app. It does not provide real money, deposits, interest, investments, or financial services.
